This SVELTUS rig is designed for a multitude of bodyweight (pull-up) and freeweight (squat, bench press, etc…) exercises. Ideal for cross training or circuit training. Ultra robust design, can support a maximum user weight of 150 kg and a load of up to 280 kg. Integrated support for your 50 mm Olympic bar. Enables you to hold your bar for pulling movements like the Rowing T-Bar and other floor movements. Very useful for developing your dorsal muscles, as the Rowing T-Bar effectively develops your lattisimus dorsi, teres major and the trapezius muscles  while strengthening your lumbar muscles.
